We are pleased to announce the opening of a school based health center on our campus scheduled to open for the 2022 school year. Parent Letters and Consent packets are available at the school as well as in the link below. There is no out of pocket cost for this clinic; however the completed and signed consent packets are required. Return all completed packets as soon as possible.
